Parse a spreadsheet/data file and produce a properly formatted structured spreadsheet. This is a relatively simple project for a one-time effort. It may require some coding if Freelancer does not already have tools to use. The file attached is a sample. This is a one-time effort that needs to read/parse this data and produce a .csv spreadsheet that is structured with each elements in its own column. There is roughly 8,000 total records in the spreadsheet file made up of roughly 800 companies, where the resulting file should end up with roughly 1800-2400 total records (2-3 contacts per company record). You can see based on this format the task at-hand, or let me know if more clarity is needed? First tab in the file is the format of the input file, second tab is format what what is needed.
