Data Entry Specialist

River Valley Ranch is a non-profit ministry in Carroll County MD that serves over 20,000 kids and adults each year through summer camps, retreats, outdoor education and special events. We are celebrating our 60th year this year. We are in need of an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented data entry contractor. Job Description: We are conducting a multi-year Capital Campaign and need someone to update and maintain contact and solicitation data. Here's what you need to know. Your responsibilities: -Enter customer information in Raiser's Edge Action Notes and entering new constituents (which would include several Attributes and Relationships). -Maintain confidentiality, maintain close communication with staff, pay close attention to detail, and correct any errors if made. Your qualifications: - Previous experience in data entry - Experienced in Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge preferred - Willingness to take feedback and adapt to requests - Ability to pay close attention to detail as well as excellent organizational skills - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - Please mention any additional proficiencies you may have as they will be considered
