Dictation / Data Input Service

Hi, I am a realtor who needs a service that can input data into my client management software (Top Producer), I will send data via voice messages or pictures of hand written text or typed text (all emailed). I will require the service fairly regularly but it will also be very random in terms of work load. I am looking for per word billing contract whereby I will be billed on a monthly basis in arrears. I will require quick turn around for each dictation request, please provide hOw quick of a response you can guarantee and the hours available for services. All data will be in English, must have a great understanding of English and must have great English writing skills
