Data from Excel to SQL server

We are a manufacturing company and make customized products. We find it difficult to create these highly configured quotations in our ERP system and therefore use Excel spreadsheet to create our quotations. Our ERP system use SQL server as the database.
Now we are looking to connect this spreadsheet to the SQL server so that we can still use the spreadsheet to configure our products and generate the item list which then can be transferred into the SQL so that we can view and process quotes from the ERP system.
So basically a connection through which we can transfer the data from the excel to the SQL. This will be done multiple times in any given day.
We are looking at a simple solution as being a manufacturing company, we are not very IT proficient.
