Being the assistant for this home-based business requires great organizational and project management skills, a strong work ethic, professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail. The job duties support both the business andthe CEO/Owner. If you are interested in a position with diverse duties, a high level of responsibility and reasonable work hours, this role may be for you.
Responsibilities include:
• Maintaining the CEO's calendar and scheduling appointments and travel.
• Maintaining multiple contact databases, social media and company website.
• Preparing reports, composing excel spreadsheets, and sending out mailings and correspondence to clients, partners and vendors
• Running business and household errands
• Managing business and household vendors
Requirements include:
• Must be organized, discreet, accurate and confidential.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (including Excel), PowerPoint, Drop Box (or similar application), social media and website administration, and contact database administration.
