Design a Sales Brochure

I need a sales brochure for my B2B business that provides Fruits and vegetables to restaurants and other commercial kitchens. The name of the company is XpressBiz. The entire content is attached and so is our logo and a truck design that acts as our mascot. It is a traditional tri-fold brochure that can be printed on an A4 sized sheet. Have divided both the sides into 3 pages accordingly. I need the brochure to not be very formal. I need a lot of visual devices to explain our features and problems, like icons, illustrations etc. However, it is still a B2B company, so it should come across as fun and not silly. The preferred format will be pdf, and I will need the psd files for it too. Also, I need a very basic vinyl banner done, 5ft x 2 ft, with Xpressbiz log (white and yellow with green background) in the centre, same xpressbiz logo in hindi (as it is a mandate here) and in a much smaller font on the bottom right corner, and " Funky Vegetables and Fruits Pvt. Ltd." on the bottom left corner.
