DNN theme tweaks - putting in modules

I have installed some modules on my DNN development site. I have no idea how to put them into the places within our theme, and need someone to install them.
Also, the menu is not lining up properly on the top (looks ok in IE doesn't look ok in chrome) and I have some spelling problems that I don't know how to fix.
Finally, when I am editing a page and try to add an image through the image manager, I get the hour glass rotating thing but nothing ever happens.
Hopefully this is a small amount of work for someone who knows DNN well.
Need some good help to resolve these things immediately, my customer is showing people tomorrow.
