Hello, My name is Malik & I am an embedded system engineer by profession. I have suggestions cum proposal that might give you an insight about my approach towards this task. I'll first introduce you about an Arduino library (also available in arduino's library folder) which is named 'SoftwareSerial.h'. Maybe you've used it, if not then what is does is that the SoftwareSerial library has been developed to allow serial communication on other digital pins of the Arduino, using software to replicate the functionality (hence the name "SoftwareSerial"). It is possible to have multiple software serial ports with speeds up to 115200 bps. A parameter enables inverted signaling for devices which require that protocol. (for reference please visit Arduino's official web). So, The reason of introducing you about this library was that if we make an All-in-One Arduino Shield which consists of a GSM, GPS and RFID functionality will require separate serial ports respectively which will be communicating with GSM, GPS and RFID separately if we are not using interrupts in our Arduino code. (This was an overview of how to handle/communicate with the shield when we connect it to arduino). Now, coming towards the shield's hardware, I'll take GSM, GPS and RFID circuits & place them together on a single board & using digital pins 0-5 the shield will connect to arduino uno. You've not mentioned whether you want this for UNO or MEGA (so I'll consider for UNO) Plz contact to discuss in Detail.
