I am looking to have image files of 1 PCBs converted to PCB layout files (and then Gerber files) to permit manufacture. PCBs are small in size - postcard size. Single layer with some through hole. Complete set of Gerber files required including PCB folder, Fab folder, Assy folder and all its contain workable file. A set of artwork, drilling drawing and assembly drawing in PDF is required.

You are reading a bid by a starter at freelancer but an expert of a lot of simulation softwares. PCB design? Never a problem. Recommended Software? Just name it. Describe design specifications! and think DONE. P.S: I will recommend Altium for your work
