Hi, I need someone to help me design a small 120v electromagnet similar to one found inside a relay. The maximum dimensions are 3/4" diameter by 1/2" high. the duty cycle of this magnet is very low, less than 5%. The magnet will only be on for a fraction of a second every 10-30 mins. This magnet will be inside a product so no need for metallic case or epoxy, just coil, core and tape. The magnet needs to be as strong as possible. I need you to tell me what size of wire and how many turns. Thank you
