Audio DAC Schematic and PCB Routing

I have a schematic designed for the Texas Instruments TAS5756 DAC with audio amplifier. I need the schematics entered in Altium and routing to be done in accordance with TI's specificed standards for a DAC board with audio output. It is either a two layer or four layer board to minimize noise levels. Routing will actually be only on the top layer and possibly bottom layer, components will be placed only on top layer. I already have a pcb board template laid out in Altium for the shape and dimensions, so that can be used.
I am looking for someone who is a good electronics engineer, know good pcb routing and is able to maintain signal integrity and minimize noise levels for audio circuits. Knowledge of audio design will be very helpful.
Project deliverables include:
1. Schematics in Altium
2. PCB Board routed in Altium
3. BOM - error free with right components in the schematics design
4. Engineering output
I need someone who can work quickly on this, I have two more daughter boards to be designed for this.
