Customized Morse Code Strobe Light Project

I would like someone to design a custom device that would allow me to input/type a message in morse code and have the device flash a strobe light in order of message inputted/typed. Device should be no larger than a shoebox and run off of a wall socket. See picture attached. Must be completed within one week.

I have worked with arduinos before and am confident I can be of assistance in this project. A project I had to do for school was very similar to this one even including morse code.

I have done flash project before in college with high intensity light . I can redesign my project it can work both on wall and rechargeable battery
I Can do it in 48h. What range of light you will need? Sending massages to controller by Bluetooth, LAN, WiFI or other way?
