Hi I am interested to this project. I have an circuit that will work on 90-270Volt AC. It is non isolated and inductor less. Maximum load capacity 1 Watt. It has an inbuilt internal 3.3 volt regulator. So you can get regulated 3.3 volt or unregulated 9-50 volt DC. Circuit is very simple and less component.
