I am looking for a Custom built Air Drone 2.0 with advanced IP based control and range of activity upto 100 Kms and altitude can go as well as 3000 ft. The modern drones frequently do this but they are for scientific researches mainly and they don't produce them for sales. I need a custom Air Drone built for this sole purpose so it can travel on an IP based router system in built and wherever mobile tower goes it will go. It will fly for unlimited time like it will have solar panels installed on its wings and they constantly charge it and its in built batteries so it flies with battery back up in the night hours. It also should record events from all sides. And it should have fully accident proof cover in its edges, top and down. It should be light weight and it will be able to carry extra hardwares with it. Let me know if you can do it with your ideas regarding it.

Hi, I love the whole UAV stuff. I helped in building a drones and that is why I wanted to see your description. Well, you are in hallucination . First, You cannot put solar panel to charge the batteries since solar panels give poor current Second - you described a drone that need to lift batteries and operate a who;e video system. All of this thing are working on power. which you don't have. I can go on and on. But this is can not be implemented. especially with your project budget that it is a JOKE. Good Luck
