Hello, I am mech,eng who knows how to do what you need, it will take 1-1.5d to make it finished, and my knowledge in 3d scanning , 3d rendering, and 3d modelling is quite good. I'm very proficient in Maya 2013 & can model hard surface objects in a week or less I will make an asset for each part of the sunglasses & once that's done. I will save the scene file of the sunglasses into a FBX so you can import them & modify it on SolidWorks 2008
