we will use HC-05 module interfaced with microcontroller that will transmit data (data of RFID card) to paired device it's a very simple task currently doing a project ( consumer electronics) using bluetooth. After that a software with database is required to manage.

This Device communicates to the Mobile phone or PC through Bluetooth. We have manufactured the product (using manufacturing outsourcing services through our contact in China) and is commercially launched in the market. Your requirement seems to be cut down version of this product. It comprises of circuit having Microcontroller interfaced with smart chip card reader, bluetooth and power management.
