Call Customers for Subscription Renewal

[login to view URL] is Looking for an individual who can make daily phone calls to our list of existing customers, whose subscription to our services is up for renewal, we are selling sales leads to our customers - moving companies in the USA, known as 'moving leads' We will provide access to our simple CRM , where you’ll get the customer contact info: company name, person name, phone number and other info., to help you contact him and perform the follow up. The main goal is to get the person in charge to renew their subscription and purchase more leads Follow up sequence: -Call and try to get the person in charge on the phone, and forward the call to another extension to be handled by the company's in house sales, while the customer is on hold, you will announce the customer company name and person name to the in house sales who will take the call from there. Use: “Hi, I’m calling from [login to view URL] regarding your account with us, may I speak with <name> please? - If the person in charge is not available, try to leave a message : a. if there’s an answering service leave this message, “Hi, I’m calling regarding your account with [login to view URL], the lead-providers, I’m just following up on your account with us - it’s up for renewal –please call me back at (201) 735-7744” b. if you leave the message to a live person, use: “please call Ron from [login to view URL] re. your account with us, direct # is 201-735-7744” - Call again the next day. - If the person in charge or anyone else is not interested in the service, ask politely: “When will be a good time to follow up with you? “and update the CRM accordingly (call after the date xx/xx) - Calls will be made during US business hours across all time zones depending on the State. - at the end of each conversation you will provide a short, 1-2 sentence report In the CRM to describe the result of the conversation. - the CRM will be updated and by you and the in house sales.
