Require a well mannered and polite individual with great english grammer and typing skills. Those with amazon or ebay customer support experience preferred. If work goes well, we will increase hours and workload on a more long term partnership. Speed and efficiency is also an important part of the job a we expect email volumes to be completed around the range of 40-60 emails per hour.

Dear Employer, I would like to take this opportunity to share with you why I would be best-suited for this job. I'm new to freelancer, thus the reason I currently have no reviews, nor have I undergone any exams. First and foremost, I have excellent typing skills. On a regular day, I can generate 70 words per minute with 100% accuracy. On better conditions, my typing speed goes up to 90-100 WPM. That is, I assume, well above the average typing speed of a normal human being. I earned those skills through my first job after school. Which brings me to the second reason why I am most suited for your job. I was an Email Support Representative for eBay through a BPO company, Sutherland Global Services. I was part of the Investigations team, answering 15-20 emails per hour. I know that's well beyond what you expect, yet we have to consider factors from my previous job, such as the strictness in quality and appropriateness of response. Back then, we were provided templates to work with, as such, it delays the time of our response. We were tasked to ensure that if the customer mentioned a particular listing, or mentioned a particular member (buyer or seller), we needed to include those on our headers. If the customer complains about 2 or 3 listings, we had to address those all in one email. These are just some examples of why we were only making 15-20 emails per hour. I'm very sure I can generate more than 40 for you in an hour. Thank you for your time. Regards, Mike Chan

Having read the project description, it appears that this project requires individual having experience along with accuracy and speed in Customer Support through email. I've experience in this field of Customer Support through email and fortunately have gained the same for eBay client. I've learned to customize the scripts in place according to situation, in order to give humanly touch to the response and not feel like being automated/scripted. This helps in gaining good customer satisfaction and building repo between the client and customer.
