I am looking to get an analysis on what's happening with our customer reorder rate and how many new customers we are acquiring vs how many customers we are losing.

I need the following data points:

1)

Graph displaying number of customers who order once, twice, three times, etc. X-axis = number of orders / Y-axis = number of customers. Need the percentage at each quantity.

I then need to see how that has changed over time by quarter. Are we getting more reorders now or x quarters ago?

2)

I need to see at what rate we are acquiring new customers vs rate that we are losing customers.

I need a graph displaying how many new customers ordered per quarter and then how many customers per quarter we have that have not ordered in two years that quarter (last order date was two years ago that quarter).

I would then like to be able to filter the above results by the dollar amount that the customer has ordered. Are we gaining or losing more large or small dollar customers. Is there a difference in reorder rate based on the size of their orders, etc.

I can provide the following excel data sheets:

1)

Customer ID, Date of first sale, Date of last sale

(number of records ~50,000)

2)

Customer ID, Transaction ID, Date, Amount

(number of records ~109,000)

If you need additional data just let me know and I'll see what I can do.

If you can provide the results in an excel sheet so I can play with the filters that would be great. But if you work with Tableau or something similar and there is a viewer app then I'm ok with that as well.

If you have any questions please let me know.
