datalogger with excell of VB

I have a datalogger that connects to the serial port and I create 5 buttons on [login to view URL] but they are not working yet, this is how the buttons should work: Step 1: when you press button "get data from website" it would go to the website(check [login to view URL]) and retrive the data you see on the white seccion on [login to view URL] I did part of the code and is the file [login to view URL] Step 2: if you look on sheet2 when you press sethouse it would set the data to the serial port that is on D4 so on the serial port it would be send "sethouse=2038 W MEDLOCK DR" Step 3: when you press the button "read box" it would send the command "getdata" to the serial port and you would have to read the data comming back and put it like it is on [login to view URL] Step 4: when you press "sync time" read the time from the computer and send it to the serial port example "settime=10/09/13 09:16 p.m." Step 5: when you press "program box" it would match the word on cell A6 to all the houses on cell C, and send the commands for that house time example "setontime=Friday 9/13/2013 6:05 p.m." "setofftime=Friday 9/13/2013 6:25 p.m." please do not bid above budget,
