Automatically Append Rows, Cross Linking in Excel - repost

I have split the data in 2011 MAIN Data into separate worksheets based on month/date (See Split Data File).

If the user enters data into the Split Data file, the values must be copied and inserted into a new line in 2011 MAIN, starting from row 10219

If the user enters data into 2011 main, the data also needs to enter into Split Data worksheet accordingly to the month and year.
