Build Formulas in Excel Budget Worksheet

I have a document on Microsoft Office365 Excel that I need someone to build a few formulas in to. This is a budget tracking spreadsheet, and I need to populate various fields based on yes/no data values and categories in a drop down list. There are effectively three formulas I will need to populate, and they need to be robust enough to scale and add to the spreadsheet as needed.
