Building a user friendly front end ordering of products program which will then take out the number form the overall inventory list once compelted

I have a gelato business and need a web based program which will :

1) Store the stock inventory of gelato flavours made each day on to a data base

2) Allow my store manager to log on and before making the order of gelato products and see what flavours and qty of those flavours are available in stock ( at the factory )

3)Make the order based on the available inventory numbers and once submitted will go to my chef in the factory who will complete the order. Once she completed the order and inputs in the program whats been sent out this will automatically deduct the numbers she sent form the overall master inventory list of products at the factory..

I want to from facing program to be very very basic which will show a list of the products we have at the factory and next to it a column showing actual qty.

When completing the order at the factory the chef will see a list of corresponding products requested and the qty.

This will allow me to track and also better order for the shop from the factory based on what we actually have on hand rather than guessing.

It will also allow me to search and see how much of particular product was sold and sent to shop at different times.
