Collection of face images from internet - Repost - open to bidding

I am looking for someone that will collect face photos of people in a list I am going to provide. He / she will search for the name of the person in either Google or Bing, download images that has the face of that person, store in a folder with that person's name. Further formatting and guidelines are listed below. Some good and bad sample photos are listed in attached file for reference. The list will have 10.000 people and I expect 100 images per person. Interested people are going to be asked to collect data for 20 people listed in the attached file([login to view URL]) for evaluation before going forward with the full dataset. Data Format: * Images should be in one of these image formats * jpg, png, bmp * Minimum resolution around face is 300x 300. * For each person * A folder with person’s name (With all special characters, such as ö, ç and white spaces) * Folder includes all face images of that person (only that person). There shouldn't be multiple people in the images. * An empty file that has name either ‘Male’ or ‘Female’ depending on the gender of that person Guidelines: * Images from Google, Bing * Full size images , (Max resolution 2048 x 2048, face is at least 300x 300) * Face image should include full head * No duplicate images * An image will have only one face * Images of a person will include only face of that person * If an image has more than one face, you are expected to crop the face of the requested person, respecting resolution constraints. * Note if that person is male or female * Faces should not be occluded * - No overlay text on face * - No scarfs or hands on face * - No sunglasses * Glasses are allowed. * Too dark images are not allowed * No images from profile pose * No drawings of the face, I want an actual photograph * Prefebably frontal face images, rotation up to 45 degrees allowed * Both eyes should be visible. * Faces should not be rotated. (Rotation up to -+ 20 degrees allowed.)
