I am a longtime quantitative punter as a hobby I am not a gambler as such, being a quantitative analyst it is of interest to me, which seems odd to me you have staking plans and want immediate profit results, do you mean after the outcome of the investment, because no staking plan outside of arbitrage results in profits, and you will find all real time betting markets arbitrage is fleeting and very rare, believe me I have studied it, it looks simpler on paper than it is in reality. The optimal betting/staking strategy is the kelly criterion where you optimise long term geometric growth, and you look for positive expectation bets to ensure a positive growth curve, arbitrage is a dream. I believe with racing at betfair you can make a book like a bookmaker and and make arbitrage like profits frequently, you need deep pockets hundreds of thousands of dollars and a sharp mind, and I do not know if you can link to their data with realtime spreadsheets, to update odds by the seconds. I have not looked into it, I have just done some dutch betting routines with pay offs if you are on the right side of the ledger. Certainly I would be interested, in helping you if it is at all realistically possible. I have had people who want VBA for soccer pools and sports betting on tennis etc, it all seems fine and easy on paper till the cash hits the bookmaker and the games are on.
