I have done lots of data entry work such as inputting customer requests, inquire, tracking codes of products and price of products, scrap data from different types of web site, collect emails & enter them into excel, etc and so on. I also perform administrative duties including copying and faxing documents, transferring data, web research and reports to immediate supervisor. I have extensive knowledge of using MS programs such as Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Excel, data scraping and Word along with a number of other software and programs. I have been in the Payroll Operations servicing US Clients for the past 5 years in my current company. I’ve handled several Payroll processes (Deductions processes) and was part of the successful process transitions from US to Manila. I also had EDM (Employee Data Management) background in my first 2 years. I’m used to building reports to be used in presentations. I also prefer data processing or data input transactions.
