Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

We're looking for a new team member to manage our Facebook ad Campaigns!

You need to be skilled and experienced in all of the following ways:

- Tracking conversions and optimizing ad performances (IMPORTANT)

- Able to analyze Facebook Reports and give daily updates

- Managing multiple split tests simultaneously (IMPORTANT)

- Identifying key interests and audiences to target on Facebook

- An expert with Facebook's Audience Insights and Power Editor tool

- Managing upwards of 10 similar campaigns simultaneously

- Be responsible and reliable, able to set own schedule.

You'll need to be able to communicate things to your team and explain what you're doing easily, so your English both spoken and written, must be of a high standard.

Starting wage is $5/hr, part time, but once we're confident that you're capable of managing our campaigns and interest targeting, you will get a $5 raise - and that is just to start.

For the right candidate future raises are to be expected, and weekly bonuses for hitting ROI/Sales milestones will be a regular occurrence.

Important for those of you applying from overseas - You will need to be available during some North American business hours to monitor campaigns.
