Crowd Funding Manager to Create, Support, Market and expand Crowdfunding Campaign

Our company manages a unique and well know music artist that tours around the world. We are launching an ongoing crowdfunding campaign and need someone immediately to take our ideas and write up the main page, benefits of each pledge, design the page, launch the campaign, market the campaign, and manage the fan correspondence and fulfillment of each pledge.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
Effective posts that will have eye-catching titles, answer questions, address problems, and include creative content writing.
Content Creation (from provided Material)
Campaign Page Design
Campaign Pitch Writing
Campaign Perk Writing
PR Management
Campaign Newsletter Management
Management of correspondence with fans that pledged.
Fulfillment of Pledges
Facebook, Twitter and Social Media content to send to our Social media team.
Email blasts to send to fan base.
We are looking for candidates that are interested in growing this campaign and not just a "quick buck". We are looking for a long term freelancer that has the following:
- Experience in Crowdfunding.
- Experience in Marketing and PR
- Experience in Graphic Design
- Experience in Blog writing
- Experience in Social Media
- Willing to start working on a small monthly payment to build the campaign.
- Willing to expand campaign quickly and have the monthly payment increase, based on success of event.
- Any experience in Live Concerts, Education or Music is a plus.
We are NOT looking for the freelancer to work for free. However, please make your bid competitive and low enough for us to consider you for this long term position. Your payments will go up as the campaign grows and we are willing to pay a small monthly fee.
Please bid only if you can start immediately! First launch is January 3rd (because artist begins to tour January 4th).
**** NOTE: Any initial bids over $150 per month will not be considered. ****
Once campaign launches and gets to the projected potential, we will have a budget of $3,500 per month for this position. Your monthly will increase with the increase of the campaign. (This crowdfunding campaign is a monthly crowdfunding campaign). Please ask for the projections, so you know the projected plan.
