Cartoon/3D Animation

I'm searching for someone to create a 30 second or less commercial. This will also be embedded on my website home page. This can be a cartoon or 3D animation. Eventually my characters will have the look of the Geico gecko; however, I don't believe the budget permits at this time. But, if it can be done, that would be fantastic. My company is a life insurance agency. The first segment is a happy male meerkat walking through a field. Then the meerkat's wife screams as she’s looking out of a window from a burrow. Then the male meerkat screams. Then a vicious lion is running toward the viewer. Then the meerkat is running toward the viewer with the lion chasing. Then the meerkat makes it inside the burrow. Then there is a brief view of the lion's face outside the burrow (This view coming from inside the burrow). Then the female meerkat, in a "home" burrow scene with a meerkat child, says "That's it, were going to (company website) to buy life insurance. Then a scene of her on a computer visiting the site. Finally an image of the website and small print legal information. This final image will have a voice over talking about (company website). The attached file is currently on the website. The characters don't have to be exactly the same, but you can get an idea of what I'm looking for. I modeled the meerkat in Maya; however, I simply do not have the time to complete the entire commercial. This commercial is the first of 4. Therefore, a great job will be rewarded with more work.
