Alteration to flash button

I have a single flash menu type button for a website. The buttons can be seen at the temporary website of www.henglerscircus.com. You will see that, at the moment, you have to move the mouse directly over the lines that form the writing for the writing to change colour and the hyperlink to be possible. I want an invisible rectangle around the menu words so that the text colour changes and all of the area around the word is an active hyperlink. Please note that there are single layered buttons (such as the home button) and double layered buttons (such as the tours button). Provider should provide me with fully editable flash files so I can duplicate the structure in to the website buttons. Buttons are currently 80*80 pixels with a background picture. Payment preferrably via PayPal or GAF.
