This has to be an animated Birthday E-Card created in Adobe Flash, with something in theocrat constantly moving and on a loop. The design can be anything, as long as it says happy birthday in it with a drawn in object thats moving. so maybe you draw a cake, and the candles are moving making it look like the candle is on fire. or something along those line.
*size 5 x 7
*Must have some illustrated scene that is to be created in Adobe Flash (No using pictures)
I will need an SWF file, and also the FLA file as well.
