Animated Soccer/Football Match in Flash

We are trying to develop a website that would be an online soccer/football manager. We are currently working on the website itself and need someone to develop the animated 3D match viewer. This viewer would be a Flash application that depending of the skill value of the players (virtual) combined with the tactics of the user (coach), It would generate the result of the game. We are developing the PHP/MySQL end of it separately and would like to know what is needed for you, the Frelancer Flash Developer, to create a visor like the mentioned above that would provide a TOP View and a TV View of the matches.
