Hi, I believe i can make the animation that you need. I can make a potted bonsai tree stem that buds and grows leaves. Then i would animate some sort of trigger, like a gust of breeze that knocks of the leaves so that only the bonsai tree stem again allowing the animation to loop endlessly. I can create the animation in flash using vector graphics which will allow your animation to scale in size to fit the screen of a variety of mobile devices. Depending on your time constraints, i can make a quick mock up within a day or two to show you and get input and we can proceed from there.
