Hi, I can easily do the project you need. Due to the low budget, I'll need you to provide rough sketches of the different screens of an ATM. Just rough drawings either in paint or photos. If you can redirect me to a site which has pics of all the functions you want from it, you can send me the url also. Once I have all the details I can do it for you. I'm assuming this is just for learning purpose. So do let me know the width and height to set for the interactive ATM. Is this going to be on touch screen device or computer because I will have to probably develop a atm number keyboard for entry if it doesnt come up by default on a touch screen device. Also I have requested 100 percent milestone because the cost for the project is quite less to split. Milestone is payment that remains with freelancer website. I cannot touch it until you let freelancer release it for me. So you don't have to worry. If you are not happy with the work done, whatever payment remains of the project with freelancer will be returned to you. So I will earn nothing if you are not happy.
