Customisation of a Flash website template

I have a flash website template bought from a website, which I would like customised. It would involve about 5 or 6 images and changing all the text. I will give you all the info you need and the template, and also detailed rundown of all the text and what I would like it changed to.

I am sure it wouldnt take more than a few hours at most for someone with the right skills as I dont want any of the actual flash content changed, just the text.
