Design in Flash

I need a animation of a soldier running, this animation will be used in a powtoon presentation. The animation does not have to be complex or detailed,it can be like a shadow character as long as it resembles a [url removed, login to view] a freelancer is chosen i wiil show him/her the powtoon presentation as it is now. I currently have in place of the soldier running men in business suits which is powtoon stock character, All i need is the finished swf. file you do not have to do anything with the presentation. The file also has to be transparent back ground , no white rectangle around the character.
