ArcGIS Flex Viewer reporting tool

Looking for a reporting tool for ArcGIS for Flex. We are looking for this tool to look at a feature class field that is served up to a REST endpoint that is automatically filled in with "unchecked". The reporting tool would query all attributes that have been modified or changed since the last time the reporting tool ran. This reporting tool would show all the attributes in a list with the ability to check individual or "check all" records and have a button to "accept all" and a decline button that changes the attribute information. This tool is for use in checking the work of field crews that collect and update utility data.
