I've just begun my sabbatic year, far from my Alma Mater and my company. I've some direct experience in biology, albeit it's not my primary domain (I got a PhD in bioengineering, more -engineering than bio- ), and worked on models of neural networks for some years (that means that yes, I do know what a K+ channel is). As researcher I've co-authored several scientific papers, mainly on dynamic and structure of complex systems (including biological and technological) and on regenerative medicine. Neverthless, before to commit to the project, I'd like to learn more about the matter you discuss in your book (no problem to sign a NDA asap) and the form of collaboration you envisaged.
