Adsense Guru needed for Adsense revenue increase

I need an Adsense Guru, who can increase the current Adsense revenues on an existing Music Blog from 18$ a month to let's say at least 18$ a day over a longer period of time ;) It's all new here for me but I've similar projects, so I'm looking to work with you in the near future again if results for this project are 'proven' (Read below). What you need to know about the site: - In general, the site and all its functionalities are working. - This blog is 3 months old and got indexed by Google - Adsense is already installed and configured. And made some small money.. - Has some backlinks from other sites - Has about 70 Twitter followers - Unique visitor count peaks in the weekends to +-75/day. Some 'boundaries': - The used Adsense account may not get suspended, banned or any bad stuff like that happen to it.. after applying your 'Magic'. - I want organic traffic clicking on the ads, no paid click visitors or something like that..who all disappear after a month.. - I don't need Adsense installation. It needs to generate more revenue on a regular basis. - Changes, if needed, in the blog admin or in the Adsense account or in any existing admin account on the site, will be done by me only...and only these changes I will assist you on, the rest needs to be done by you. Whatever that may be..Suprise me ;) - Payment will be done when result is 'proven' daily on Google Adsense Reports for a period of 1 month (hopefully April already).
