Create Wufoo form, linked google sheet & Cal, booking system for dive centre,

I'm short of time, and new to Wufoo. I really can't spare the time to create this form, or forms if it make the job easier, and other documents like the Google Sheet I want the Wufoo form to populate with the incoming data. I need someone to create the Wufoo forms, and the related Google Sheet or sheets for me please. The google sheets will act as a database, and feed other google sheets like boat lists for the different boats we use for our customers
The Wufoo form(s) will act as a booking form for a scuba diving centre.
Once the guests are at the "Wanting to make a booking stage", we'll email them the link to the Wufoo form, to collect all the info we need.
The dive centre takes bookings for various different courses, and each booking made by individual guests, could be for that guest, and other people like family / friends the guest is making the booking for
It needs to be logical, as we offer a range of different courses, and each booking could have from one to six or more guests being booked by the lead guest.
The form must have as few fields as possible visible until other fields appear if needed. Sound normal enough right? Good.
The form will also include the payment processing via Paypal.
The date collected from the form will go to one or more Google Sheets, and also Google Calendar, all automated via Zapier.
Basically, I want to cut out the hours of wasted time we spend on manually processing bookings we receive via email.
In a nutshell...
*Customer emails us, and if they're ready to make a booking we send them the Wufoo form.
*Wufoo form collects guest details, and processes payment.
*Info collected populates Google Sheets.
*Google Sheets create entries on Google Calendar (Which is where we currently schedule all our bookings)
*Google sheets also feed other sheets, for example the daily trip sheets for the different dive boats we use daily.
Skills needed: Wufoo, Google Docs, Sheets, Zapier.
