Architectural-looking drawings needed (338652)

The drawings are of some buildings and rooms for a boarding school I'm working to raise donations for and start. The boarding school is for exceptionally-gifted (IQ 160+) children from around the world and will be free for them to attend. The architectural drawings are NOT ones that one can use to build with, but simply ones that show the basic layout (walls, features, furniture, etc.) so people get an idea of what the building or room is. The campus is designed to help motivate students and the drawings shown in the business plan show how these features would look. Currently, I've done the best I can with Chief Architect [url removed, login to view] and have all the plans done up this way. I "just" need someone to take those and make them look more professional. For not only are they to be informative, but they're also the business plan's eye candy. You do not need Chief Architect to view the plans as I've also converted them to WMF files. Once completed, I plan to have the business plan and drawings printed up by my local Kinko's. The drawings will be Appendix B. Two of the drawings will need to be three feet long (requiring Appendix B to have fold-outs). In total, there are 12 black-n-white drawings needing to be done. One of these is a very basic layout of the campus. I need the drawings done by Oct. 15th as I'm going to need to send them and the business plan down to a possible major donor for them to look over for a week before I come down and talk to them about the school. ## Deliverables

If I hire you, what I want to do first is to have you do one of the small drawings. When I'm happy with that, you'll be unleashed to do the rest. If I'm not happy with the small drawing and requested changes, I will pay for your time to create it and then seek someone else. Additionally, the rest of the drawings must be done in the same style and quality as the first one approved. I may also be requesting you to do more drawings of other buildings and rooms on the campus, but these thirteen are just what I need done now. When the business plan is printed up, I would be happy to send you a copy of Appendix B (that and the whole plan if you like). Eventually, the plans will be shown on a website for the school ... even if real architectural plans are later shown there as yours will be shown as the ones that helped raise the seed money for the school. If you would like public credit for doing the drawings, you'll get it. If you would rather remain anonymous, that's fine too. I've now attached one of my drawings of one of the rooms to give an idea of what I've done. What I couldn't get Chief Architect to do is add windows or bathroom tiles without it looking odd or too busy. I would like more done to it to make it look more professional. If you want to not use this and whip up your own, that's fine.
