Banner Production - Reproduce Banner in Multiple Sizes

PROJECT SUMMARY I need static banners reproduced in a number of dimensions/sizes. I'll provide the original creative as both layered Photoshop (PSD) and JPG/GIF/PNG formats. This is a static banner with no animation. Please review the project details below and provide a general estimate. If more information is needed, please don't hesitate to ask for further details. DELIVERABLES I'll want delivered both the layered Photoshop file and finished files saved out in the following formats; JPG, GIF, PNG. I'll need 1 of each of the following sizes: 125 x 125 Micro square 180 x 100 Small rectangle 260 x 120 Small rectangle 300 x 50 Mobile leaderboard 468 x 60 Banner 728 x 90 Leaderboard 250 x 250 Square 200 x 200 Small square 336 x 280 Large rectangle 300 x 250 Inline rectangle 120 x 600 Skyscraper 160 x 600 Wide skyscraper EXAMPLES OF WORK Please provide examples of previous banners and/or websites done for fashion industry or something of similar look/feel. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS I'm farming this one out because I'd like for someone to apply enough creativity to the process that for each distinct size enough thought is put towards each that the different dimensions of the files are taken into account (ie. 125x125 would be different than 160x600 skyscraper). I don't need each to be 100% distinct, but at least where applicable, bump fonts, image sizes, a little different positioning in cases of differing sizes. TIMELINE I'm waiting on some client decisions on product images that will come down in the week. I'll be evaluating replies in the meantime. Once I can agree on a vendor, I'll send along the layered Photoshop file, already completed banners, stock imagery, and the fonts. GENERAL NOTES *Note: request for multiple file types: I realize that these will save out better as either PNG/GIF or JPG. I won't penalize for differing quality for each. I'd just like to have them *Note: image quality and file size: I'd like for you to follow the general quality and file size that the provided creative is saved out in. *Note: future working relatonship: I'm not a designer looking to simply farm out production. I'm actually more on the development side of things, so I'm also looking for someone on the design side I can work with. So, I may even be ammendable to farming out the design if I can see some portfolio work.
