Creating 4 banners

I need 4 banners created. The banners will be the same size and color as the attached sample. The banners shall have the same black border as the sample. The attached document has 4 lines of text. Each banner will have one line of text. The text will be in the attached font in black. Freelancer will do one banner first. When I am satisfied with the size of the letters, the distances and the design, freelancer will do the other three, Work should be finished withing 24 hours. After finishing, freelancer should allow 72 hours for testing before getting paid.
