CAD to .3ds Model

I have a CAD .dwg file that I need converted to a .3ds model for one of my clients. I am posting the .dwg file for you to get a head start on the model. I need this ASAP, and would like to see screenshots before I pay out on it.

This project will lead to many other high-end projects for the right person.

Here is a jpg of a similar type of model. I want the grey model in 3ds format so I can simply texture it and position it however I'd like.
