Bartender Trainer

I need an iPad app developed which has a training mode and a game/testing mode for teaching bartending skills. The training mode should have 25 recipies which I will provide, each with a glass type, preparation type, one or more ingredients with quantities, and a garnish (optionally). The interface should show the recipe, then visually drag the appropriate ingredients over to prepare the drink. User should be able to test what they've learned by trying out the preparation of different drinks. Game mode would be similar, but have "customers" placing random drink orders at varying speeds and the user tending bar using the recipes that they've learned. Various levels should be designed with ~5 new drinks taught per level. In-app purchase for another 50 recipe pack (should use expandable system for recipes so that I can continue to add more). I have examples of what I want the teaching/game interface to look like. Need graphics design for overall look and feel, etc. as well as all coding.
