Create a cartoon character and side kick dog

We are wanting you to create 2 cartoon characters based on our business. We sell pool lighting and want to create a cartoon based on the Director and his dog. The characters will be Captain Light and L.E.D (his dog).
The Captain will look something similiar to superman and those sort of colours and a cape, with a light in his chest maybe. His dog should have a little cape also so you can see her name spelt on the cape.
Scenario would be the 2 characters standing together and maybe the L. E.D standing on their hind legs. The dog is to be a jack russell.
The images will need to be high res as they will be used in marketing materials.
High priority job to be done within 2 days if possible.
