Conversion of simple drawings (outline only) into vector and dxf (potentially) files

Hi there!
I am looking to have simple drawings (5 designs in total) transferred into vector and dxf file (only if available) format. These are currently in PDF format. I am also looking to have a font (available through [login to view URL]) outlined and also transferred into vector (and potentially dxf) file format (26 lower case letters and 10 numbers). I have attached a PDF example of what the letter transformation is to look like.
There will be ongoing ad-hoc work required (may be a few months between jobs).
