Falafel is one the world's most popular foods and perhaps the most accessible fast food for vegetarians. We believe falafel should be made from simple, wholesome ingredients like chickpeas, fresh garlic, fresh spices, and fresh herbs. We aim to deliver the world's finest ready-to-cook falafel through retail (grocery stores, health food stores, specialty shops) and wholesale channels. Capisce? We are looking to have a logo designed that will represent our falafel mission and passion for great vegetarian food. We love companies like New Belgium Brewery (see their design here: [login to view URL]) that strike a nice balance between values and economic viability. If the logo were a recipe it would be two parts nostalgia, one part hippie chic, one part sustainable guru, and two parts fun. Unfortunately the "leaf" seems to be synonymous with anything vegetarian/sustainable so please present something without foliage. We've attached our current logo for reference.
