I need a circular logo for a Taekwon-Do studio. It is located in Washington DC and the name is Capital TKD. The logo should include something characteristic of Washington (preferably the Capitol's dome - but I'm open to other options), it should include the belt colors (in this sequence) white, yellow, green, blue, red and black and possibly the three Korean characters for Taekwon-Do (in vertical or horizontal form) - per attached file.
It will be used together with the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) logo (see attached) - it can contain some elements/similarities from it too.
In the same fashion as the ITF logo, the new logo should say Capital Taekwon-Do and possibly include ITF in the lower section.
