Company Newsletter Design

I chopped something up in photoshop really quickly to so you can see the content we want to have and where we want to have it. Obviously the design is very bad, that is where you take over. I would like this to be designed in Illustrator. We also need some flash work done for our site so hopefully if this goes well we can work together on our other projects! This is for a small company in Nicaragua I opened after I finished the Peace Corps down here that offers public telephony so it's in Spanish, but to give you a better idea, I have explained some things in my notes Here are my notes General - Feel free to change the fonts, colors, layouts add accents, the theme is creative and whimsical. The newsletter's background is very white, hopefully you can make it more colorful. Logo - Make the ice cream smaller and without chocolate chips with more focus on the spoon. Feel free to make the spoon a different color and make him with a more animated expression so that he stands out. Also the cup you can modify colors design etc, but we want the logo to stand out. Title - Cucharada means a spoonful or serving of something, but is also mean a person who gets into everyones business and gossip. Helada means cold, our business are public phone call centers where people go and make phone calls, national and international in our phone cabins. Our first store was in an ice cream store hence the ice cream/cold theme. "Sirviendote lo ultimo en llamadas" mean serving you the latest news about our company. "La Cucharada Helada" could use the same design as we use in our logo or something else if you think it looks better. Calendar - Here we will putting birthday, holidays, anniversaries etc, it needs to have more cartoon type design that goes with the theme, not lines and square boxes. Anuncio/Sugerencias - The content will always be changing, but we just need to design something that distinguishes the two areas. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
